  • Is Ellington Hall available for my event date?
    Check our availability calendar to see if your day is available. Day not available? Do message us anyway. Occasionally we do have clients that will transfer their date. And in certain circumstances we can accommodate multiple events in a day.
  • What does it cost?
    Our basic hall package is between $1,500 and $1,700 and $2 per person
  • How many guests can Ellington Hall hold?
    Maximum capacity at the hall is 200, and because of our flexible set-up system we can accommodate both large and small events comfortably. Ellington Hall events usually range between 40 and 200 people.
  • What is included in the basic package?
    • Facility - Use of the entire facility for up to 4 hours. This includes the luxurious ballroom, connected outside patio (temperature controlled, covered, tuscan themed), connected side room (great for a kids room, coffee lounge, additional seating) and small side room (prep space/bridal lounge - perfect for getting ready).
    • Tables - All tables needed for your event are included. We have both round and rectangle tables in multiple sizes, which can be used for guest tables, bar, buffet, cake sign in, gift, prep and more.
    • Chairs - All chairs are provided, including banquet chairs for up to 200, kids chairs, highchairs as well as lounge furniture.
    • Set up and breakdown - for all tables and chairs. All setup will take place prior to event start time.
    • Staff - will always be present to take care of any issues that can come up. Additional staff will be provided when needed.
    • Decor - Twinkle lights and down-lighting in any color are included in our basic package.
    • Basic facility - amenities such as bathroom essentials, garbage bags, trash cans, and more.
  • What are the other services Ellington Hall can provide?
    Linens, tableware, beverage packages, DJ, Coordination, staffing services and more. Pricing for these services vary in cost, and can be provided as part of an estimate before you book. The estimate can be put together at the time your site tour. You can also provide all your own vendors if you wish. Referrals can be provided upon request.
  • What are the benefits of booking Ellington Hall over other reception facilities?
    1. Choose your own caterer, or provide your own food. Caterers with be referred upon request and can start as low as $6 per person. Or you can go all out and choose one of our high end caterers.
    2. Buy your own alcohol, have us serve it, hire a bartender on your own, or have it be self-served... your choice!
    3. No curfew — But what does this mean? We allow events to go as late as you want. Party til midnight, or keep it going into the morning (overtime fees will apply).
    4. No Event Insurance required — How is this possible? Ellington Hall has its own event insurance.
    5. No security required, unless hard liquor is going to be served or event exceeds 150 people.
  • What is the next step?
    Check the availability calendar below for your event date. If we have your date available, set up a site tour. Site tours take about 1 hr, and will be a 2-part process. First, we tour the facility and all of the features that can be used to benefit your event. Second, you’ll get a chance to go through the process of planning a successful event at Ellington hall. During this process, we will review all the services we provide, and build an estimate that will be emailed to you on the spot.
